Revolt RV BlazeX Launched In India at Rs 1.15 Lakh

Electric bike manufacturer Revolt has launched the new RV BlazeX in India. Priced at Rs 1,14,990 (ex-showroom), the bike is positioned as a more powerful alternative to the Revolt RV1.

Bookings for the Revolt RV BlazeX are now open, while its deliveries will begin in the coming days.

Design and Features

Revolt RV BlazeX price in India

The RV BlazeX shares its design cues with the smaller RV1, featuring the same round LED headlamp, neo-retro-styled front end, and long single-piece seat. However, it gets a sportier body graphics for a more youthful appeal.

Revolt offers the RV BlazeX in two colour options: Eclipse Red Black and Sterling Silver Black.

Regarding features, the Revolt RV BlazeX comes equipped with a 6-inch instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity support, turn-by-turn navigation support, geofencing, OTA updates support, ride telemetry updates, three riding modes, reverse mode, and regenerative braking.

Revolt RV BlazeX: Battery, Range and Charging Time

Powering the RV BlazeX is a 4kW mid-mounted electric motor, drawing charge from a 3.24kWh lithium-ion battery delivering a range of 150km and a top speed of 85 kmph. It can be charged from 0 to 80% in just 80 minutes with a fast charger. However, a standard home charge takes around 3 hours & 30 mins for the same.

Revolt RV BlazeX colours

Underpinnings

Speaking of the underpinnings, the bike features a telescopic fork and twin rear shock absorbers, suspended on the 17-inch alloys at both ends with a disc brake at the front. It also gets a Combined Braking System (CBS) as standard fitment.

Competitors

The Revolt EV BlazeX will face competition from the Oben Rorr and Ola Roadster X+.
