Renault Kwid, Triber And Kiger Prices Increased By Up To Rs 31,000

Highlights: – 

  • Renault's all-time-popular Triber MPV is the most affected by the price hike, followed by Kiger and Kwid.
  • The prices of soon-to-be-discontinued Duster SUV have remained unaltered.

All the Renault cars available in India, except for Duster SUV, have become costlier by up to Rs 31,000. The carmaker has cited rising input costs as the reason for the price hike. Here’s a look at the model-wise new prices of Renault models: –

The mid and top-spec RXL and RXT 0.8-litre variants of Renault Kwid have seen the highest price jump, followed by the RXT 1.0 and Climber variants. With this, the entry-level hatchback now ranges from Rs 4.25 lakh to Rs 5.71 lakh (ex-showroom).
