Ola S1 Pro To Get Another OTA Update By Diwali 2022; Features List Revealed

  • MoveOS 3 OTA update to be revealed by the festive season.
  • Multiple themes for the instrument cluster, fake engine revving sound, hill hold assist, fast charging support, etc., will be on offer.
  • Currently, the Ola S1 is priced at Rs 85,099, whereas the S1 Pro costs Rs 1,20,149 (ex-showroom Delhi, including state and FAME II subsidies).

Bhavish Aggarwal, the CEO of Ola Electric, has announced to roll out the next software update for the S1 and S1 Pro electric scooters called ‘MoveOS 3″ by Diwali this year. It will boast several new features that were promised at the time of launch.

As per Bhavish, the MoveOS 3 OTA update for Ola e-scooters will bring features like hill hold assist, proximity unlock, ride moods, version 2.0 of regenerative braking, hyper charging, calling, key sharing, and many others onboard. The riding moods will enable customers to change the theme on the instrument cluster. It will also feature faux engine sounds to make your ride more existing. However, the most significant add-on will be the support for hyper charging (fast charging), as the brand has a highly ambitious plan to grow the EV infrastructure in India.

Like the MoveOS 2.0 update, Ola Electric could launch the Beta version of MoveOS 3 for select users before Diwali. More details about the upcoming OTA update are expected to be revealed soon.
