Nissan Magnite AMT Introductory Prices Will Last Till November-end

Last month, Nissan India launched the Magnite AMT with prices ranging between Rs 6.50 – Rs 8.90 lakh (ex-showroom), making it the cheapest SUV in its category. Now, Nissan has announced that these introductory prices will be valid for bookings until November 30, 2023.

The Nissan Magnite AMT (EZ-Shift) variants currently command a premium of Rs 50,000 over their manual counterparts. It’s worth noting that the Automated Manual Transmission (AMT) is only offered with Magnite’s 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder, naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 72PS of max power and 96Nm of peak torque. It is claimed to return a fuel efficiency of 19.70 kmpl, roughly 0.35 kmpl more than its manual counterpart.

Nissan also offers the Magnite with a 1-litre turbocharged petrol mill (100PS/160Nm) that can be had with a 5-speed manual or CVT automatic transmission.

Regarding features, the Nissan Magnite continue to get the same set of equipment, comprising an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, 7-inch digital driver’s display, automatic AC, rear AC vents, dual-front airbags, ESC, hill hold control, tyre pressure monitoring, 360-degree camera and much more.

The Nissan Magnite is priced from Rs 6 lakh to Rs 11.02 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up against the Renault Kiger, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300, Kia Sonet, Maruti Suzuki Brezza and Fronx.
