New Hero Karizma XMR 210 To Launch On August 29

  • Hero MotoCorp has released a new teaser bearing the tagline “WITNESS THE RETURN OF THE LEGEND”, hinting at the grand revival of Karizma on August 29, 2023.
  • For those who aren’t aware, the new Hero Karizma XMR 210 was first spotted at a dealers’ conference a few months ago.
  • The prototype features a sleek body design with a full fairing, a split two-piece seat, and a narrow tail section, giving the bike a sporty appearance.
  • The bike is expected to be based on a sturdy trellis frame for more commanding riding dynamics. And with clip-on handles bars, spoked alloy wheels, telescopic suspension at the front and a mono-shock at the rear, and petal disc brakes at both ends, it should promise a thrilling and reliable ride.

  • While it’s not official, we expect the 2023 Hero Karizma XMR 210 to get an all-LED lighting system, dual-channel ABS, traction control, and a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth-based smartphone connectivity support.
  • While the technical details are yet to be revealed, it will reportedly get a 210cc, single-cylinder, 4-valve, liquid-cooled engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox. We expect it to deliver a maximum power output of approximately 25PS.
  • Expect Hero to price the new Karizma XMR 210 between Rs 1.70 – 1.75 lakh (ex-showroom).
  • Once launched, the bike will revolutionize the game for the Hero as it gears up to compete fiercely against formidable rivals like the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 and Suzuki Gixxer SF 250.
