MG Cyberster has made history by setting a new land speed record at Rajasthan’s Sambhar Salt Lake. Clocking an impressive 0-100 kmph sprint in just 3.2 seconds, the all-electric roadster has become the fastest MG ever in India. This record-breaking feat, achieved by racer Mira Erda, has been officially recognized by the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records, further cementing MG’s legacy of performance and innovation.

Powered by an advanced 77 kWh battery pack—the slimmest in its class at just 110 mm—the MG Cyberster delivers lightning-fast acceleration without compromising on efficiency. It features dual motors that deliver an impressive 510PS of power and 725Nm of peak torque. It has a WLTP-claimed range of 443 kilometers.

Designed with an aerodynamic Kammback silhouette and iconic electric scissor doors, the roadster blends classic MG styling cues with a futuristic flair. Inside, the MG Cyberster is designed to offer a perfect blend of sportiness and luxury. It features a driver-centric cockpit with a wraparound layout that enhances engagement and control. A dual-screen setup dominates the dashboard, combining a fully digital instrument cluster with a central infotainment touchscreen for seamless access to controls and entertainment. Premium leather upholstery, contrast stitching, and ambient lighting enhance the cabin’s appeal. It comes with heated and ventilated bucket seats, a flat-bottom multifunction steering wheel, and advanced infotainment with wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a premium audio system. Bookings and Launch Timeline

Pre-launch bookings for the MG Cyberster are now open, with the official launch expected in March 2025 and deliveries in April 2025. We expect MG to price the Cyberster around Rs 50 lakh with BaaS (battery as a service).
