Maruti Victoris Sees Massive Demand with Over 25,000 Bookings

Maruti Suzuki’s latest entrant in the mid-size SUV space, the Victoris, has struck a chord with buyers, receiving over 25,000 bookings since its launch on September 15. This huge demand has resulted in a waiting period of around 10 weeks, despite production running at full capacity.

Why Maruti Suzuki Victoris Winning Hearts?

Positioned as a rival to the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, the strong demand for Victoris is due to its compelling package. It offers: –

  • Wide range of powertrain options, including 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol (both in manual and automatic options), 1.5-litre petrol+CNG (manual only) and 1.5-litre self-charging strong-hybrid (with eCVT automatic).

  • Impressive fuel efficiency of up to 28.65 km/l with the strong-hybrid, up to 21.18 km/l with non-hybrid petrol and 27.02 km/kg with the CNG.
