Borrowing its design cues from the Maruti Suzuki Celerio, the new Alto K10 has a curvier silhouette. Upfront, it gets a sleek facia with a wide hexagonal mesh pattern grille and large sweptback halogen headlamps. At the back, it has an upright tailgate flanked by wraparound bulb-type tail lamps.
Inside, the new hatchback sports an uncluttered dashboard layout, wrapped in an all-black theme with a contrasting silver accent. Features highlights include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration support, digitized instrument cluster, remote keyless entry, manual AC, front power windows and steering wheel-mounted audio controls.
Passenger safety is ensured by dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, speed alert, seat belt reminder, speed-sensing auto door lock, and rear parking sensors.

Engine and Transmission
At the heart of the new-gen Alto K10 is a 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder, DualJet K10C petrol engine that also powers the S-Presso, Celerio, and lower variants of WagonR. Paired to either a 5-speed manual or an AMT transmission, it makes 67PS and 89Nm.
