Getting a Kia Sonet with a sunroof is more affordable, by nearly Rs 75,000. Specifically, Kia has updated the HTK+ 1.2-litre petrol variant of the Sonet by incorporating a single-pane electric sunroof, resulting in a revised price of Rs 9.76 lakh (ex-showroom).
Earlier, the sunroof was being offered from the turbocharged and diesel iterations of HTK+ trim onwards, which currently costs from Rs 10.49 lakh and Rs 11.39 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively.
Apart from the addition of an electric sunroof, no changes have been made to the HTK+ variant. It continues to get features like automatic headlamps, projector fog lamps, an 8-inch infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a six-speaker sound system, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, keyless entry, powered ORVMs, auto AC, rear AC vents, a rearview camera with guidelines, dual front & side airbags, and a tyre pressure monitoring system.
Higher variants of the Kia Sonet SUV also get ventilated front seats, curtain airbags, an air purifier, electrochromic IRVM, a bigger 10.25-inch infotainment system, a BOSE premium sound system, ambient lighting and more.
