Equipment and features

Grandi10 NIOS is a feature-packed car and its CNG variant will be no different, receiving all the features from the regular petrol and diesel versions.

Nios CNG: Mileage / Fuel Efficiency

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios CNG can deliver approximately 26 km of range in a kg of gas.

Author's Take

In the mid-sized hatchback segment, Grandi10 competes against the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Ford Figo, and Maruti Suzuki Ignis. However, none of NIOS's competitors offers a factory-fitted CNG kit. This will irrefutably help the Grandi10 Nios to strengthen its position.

The introduction of CNG variants for the mid trims would mean that the car would grab the attention from city commuters and Taxi owners, this could give a boost to Grand i10 NIOS's sale eventually extending its market share.

The CNG variants of the two trims are priced below the Diesel (CRDi version). The Magna CRDi costs Rs 6.75 lakhs and the Sportz CRDi costs Rs. 7.9 Lakhs (offered only in AMT), Both Ex-showroom, Delhi
