Hyundai Creta Electric and Alcazar Knight Editions Launched

After giving the Hyundai Creta Electric a major update with new features, improved range, and additional variants, the Korean carmaker has now rolled out a Knight Edition for the EV. This special edition follows the same dark-themed treatment we’ve already seen on the Creta, Venue, and Exter. Hyundai has also introduced the Alcazar Knight Edition alongside.

Let’s take a closer look at the updates, model by model: –

Hyundai Creta Electric Knight Edition

The Creta Electric recently got refreshed with three new variants, a longer claimed range across both battery packs, and features like wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay and a dashcam. Now, Hyundai has added the Knight Edition, mirroring the styling of the ICE Creta Knight.

The Knight Edition is offered on the Excellence trim with both battery options (42 kWh & 51.4 kWh).

  • Black spoiler and matte-black Hyundai logos
  • “Knight” emblem

So, depending on the battery option, the Knight Edition comes at a premium of Rs 15,000 to Rs 32,000.

Hyundai Alcazar Knight Edition

The Alcazar gets the Knight treatment too, based on the Signature trim (7-seater). It carries the same cosmetic updates as the Creta Electric Knight, featutring blackened bits while also bringing in the newly added dashcam (also available on both 6- and 7-seater versions of the regular Signature).

Here too, the Knight Edition commands a flat premium of Rs 15,000 over the regular Signature trims.
