Honda Elevate Apex Summer Edition Launched With New Features

In order to grab the attention of the buyers, Honda Cars India has introduced a new limited-run variant of the Creta-rivalling Elevate SUV called the “Apex Summer Edition”, priced between Rs 12.39 lakh and Rs 13.59 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available with both manual and automatic transmission options.

The new Elevate Apex Summer Edition is based on the V variant and gets a few additional features over it, all while being priced Rs 32,000 lower. These include: –

  • A dual-tone white and black interior
  • New leatherette seat covers and door trim
  • Seat cushions
  • Ambient lights
  • A larger 9-inch touchscreen (an upgrade from the 8-inch one)
  • A 360-degree camera
  • Apex Edition badges on exterior, along with additional piano black and chrome highlights

Rest, all things remain unchanged. It continues to get amenities like LED projector headlamps, keyless entry with push button start/stop, automatic AC, connected car tech, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, steering-mounted controls, and a rear-view camera.

Honda Elevate price comparison

Powering the Honda Elevate is a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that makes 121PS of max power and 145Nm of peak torque. It is mated to either a 6-speed manual or a CVT automatic gearbox. The brand has also recently started offering it with a CNG powertrain, which will be retrofitted by the dealerships.

In the mid-size SUV segment, the Honda Elevate faces competition from the Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Toyota Hyryder, MG Astor and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara.

April 2025 Sales

In other news, Honda recorded a steep 55.18% drop in total sales (including exports) last month, dispatching only 4,871 units compared to 10,867 units in the same month last year. Of these, 3,360 units were sent to dealers in India, reflecting a 22.78% year-on-year decline from the 4,351 units dispatched in April 2024.
