Bajaj Pulsar 220F Gets An Updated Instrument Cluster

After increasing the prices of entire Pulsar range, Bajaj is now gearing up to introduce a new instrument cluster to justify the price hike. The Pulsar 220F is the first offering to get this updated rider info panel. bajaj pulsar 220F speedometer

The Pulsar 220F continues to utilise a semi-digital cluster with an analogue tachometer and the digital speedometer that looks similar to the previous unit. However, its display layout has been updated. For beginners, the fuel indicator now has been moved at the bottom-right corner of the screen instead of the vertical position at the left, while the odometer has been moved just above it. It now also shows fuel economy as well as distance-to-empty (fuel range). This would help the rider to get a sense about the bike's fuel efficiency (mileage). Besides this, the speedometer cable is now connected to the rear wheel instead of the front wheel.

These new features are welcome additions, but a gear position indicator and smartphone compatibility are still missing.

Apart from the above-mentioned changes, the Pulsar 220F remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by the same 220cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that makes out 20.4PS at 8,500rpm and 18.55Nm at 7,000rpm.
