Bajaj Auto has silently launched the rugged looking CT 125X in India at a starting price of Rs 71,345 (ex-showroom Delhi), making it Rs 5,000 more expensive than the CT 110X.
Similar to the Bajaj CT 110X, the CT 125X also gets retro design with some rugged elements such as old school round halogen headlamp with V-shaped LED daytime running lamp on the front cowl, fork gaiters, chunky tank pads, ribbed seat cover, luggage carrier and underbelly protection guard. The bike also gets twin-pod analogue instrument cluster with a USB mobile charging port for added convenience.
Underpinnings of the CT 125X comprise a telescopic fork, dual shock absorbers, 17-inch alloy wheels and an optional 240mm front disc along with the standard 130mm drum brake setup at the rear.

Engine and Gearbox
At the heart of the CT 125X is a 124.4cc air cooled, fuel-injected petrol engine that makes 10.9PS/11Nm, and comes mated to a 5-speed transmission. It’s the same engine that also powers the Discover 125.
Color Options
Bajaj has offered the CT 125X in three color options: Red, Green and Blue.
Rivals
In the 125cc commuter segment, the CT 125X will take on the likes of Hero Super Splendor and Honda Shine.
