Honda Shine Gets A New Celebration Edition

Honda 2 Wheelers India has launched the Shine Celebration Edition that will be available in both drum & disc brake variants, with prices starting from Rs 78,056 (ex-showroom).

Honda Shine Celebration Edition – What’s Special?

As the above table indicates, the Shine Celebration Edition is Rs 1,500 more expensive than its regular counterpart. For this added premium, it gets new gold-colored graphics and golden wingmark emblem with celebration edition logo on the fuel tank. Furthermore, there’s the new brown seat cover that rounds off the overall styling.

The Japanese bikemaker has also offered the Shine Celebration Edition with two new color schemes: Matte Steel Blac; k Metallic and Matte Sangria Red Metallic.

Honda Shine Celebration Edition colors

Apart from these cosmetic enhancements, the Shine Celebration Edition remains unchanged. It draws its power from the same 123.94cc air-cooled engine that delivers 10.75PS/11Nm of peak output and comes paired to a 5-speed transmission. The underpinnings and features of the bike also remains the same.

In the 125cc commuter segment, the Honda Shine go up against the Hero Super Splendor and the recently launched Bajaj CT 125X.
