Bajaj has launched the Chetak Blue 3202 variant at Rs 1.15 lakh (ex-showroom). It is essentially the Chetak Urbane variant, now renamed as Chetak Blue 3202, and it offers an improved range.
The Bajaj Chetak Blue 3202 continue to feature the same 2.9kWh battery pack capacity; albeit with newer cells, which have improved the riding range from 127 kilometres to 137 kilometres on a single charge. It comes with a 650W charger that can juice up its battery pack in just 5 hrs 50 minutes. It has a top speed of 63 kmph, which can be increased to 73 kmph with Tecpac.

Regarding design, the Blue 3202 looks similar to the Urbane variant. In fact, the feature list also remains unchanged, comprising a steel body, LED lighting system, LCD instrument cluster, Eco riding mode and keyfob for keyless ignition. Priced at Rs 5,000, the optional Tecpac further adds features like Bluetooth connectivity, Sports mode, hill hold assist, reverse assist, and full app connectivity support. Bajaj offers the Chetak Blue 3202 in four colour options: Indigo Metallic (Blue), Cyber White, Brooklyn Black, and Matte Coarse Grey.
In the electric scooter segment, the Bajaj Chetak faces competition from the TVS iQube, Ola S1 range, Ampere Nexus, Ather Rizta and Vida V1.
