Ather 450 Apex Gets A Price Hike

Earlier this year, Ather Energy launched the 450 Apex electric scooter at Rs 1.89 lakh (ex-showroom). Now, the company has increased its price by Rs 6,000, making it cost Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom). As of now, it doesn’t get any subsidy and remains the most expensive model in Ather’s lineup.

For those unaware, Ather 450 Apex is a sportier version of the 450X that features a ‘Warp+’ mode, which delivers a peak power output of 7 kW, enabling a top speed of 100 km/h and a 0-40 km/h acceleration time of 2.9 seconds. In comparison, the Ather 450X produces a peak power output of 6.4 kW, reaches a top speed of 90 km/h, and accelerates from 0-40 km/h in 3.3 seconds. Additionally, the 450 Apex boasts a higher certified range of 157 km, surpassing the 450X’s certified range of 150 km.
