Earlier this year, Ather Energy launched the 450 Apex electric scooter at Rs 1.89 lakh (ex-showroom). Now, the company has increased its price by Rs 6,000, making it cost Rs 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom). As of now, it doesn’t get any subsidy and remains the most expensive model in Ather’s lineup.
For those unaware, Ather 450 Apex is a sportier version of the 450X that features a ‘Warp+’ mode, which delivers a peak power output of 7 kW, enabling a top speed of 100 km/h and a 0-40 km/h acceleration time of 2.9 seconds. In comparison, the Ather 450X produces a peak power output of 6.4 kW, reaches a top speed of 90 km/h, and accelerates from 0-40 km/h in 3.3 seconds. Additionally, the 450 Apex boasts a higher certified range of 157 km, surpassing the 450X’s certified range of 150 km.

The 450 Apex also features transparent rear panels that reveal the orange frame underneath. It also has the ‘Magic Twist’ function, Ather’s term for the negative throttle used for regenerative braking. The electric scooter comes with a 5-year/60,000 km battery warranty. Click here for more details.
