Kia India Hits 66,553 Sales In Q3 2024; Records 17% Growth In September

Kia India has announced that it recorded sales of 23,525 units in September 2024, witnessing a year-on-year growth of over 17% compared to the 20,022 units sold in September 2023. With 10,335 units sold, the Kia Sonet continues as the highest-selling model for the brand, followed by Seltos and Carens with 6955 and 6216 units, respectively.

Kia also recorded robust sales of 66,553 units in Q3 2024, reflecting nearly 10% growth compared to Q2 this year. The Sonet led the charge, contributing 45% of total sales, followed by Seltos and Carens at 28% and 27%, respectively. The exports recorded at 2006 units.

Commenting on this strong growth, Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, Sr. VP and Head of Sales and Marketing commented, โ€œOur continuous exceptional sales performance is driven by the overwhelming response from customers during the festive season of Ganesh Chaturthi and Onam. 2024 Kia Carnival Limousine launch date

In other news, Kia India is gearing up to launch the EV9 and new-gen Carnival Limousine tomorrow. Bookings for the latter are already underway for a token amount of Rs 2 lakh.
