The 2023 facelifted Tata Nexon has been spied on once again, this time revealing the complete exterior design without any camouflage. Here are the details: –
- The new Tata Nexon looks sharper and sleeker than the ongoing model.
- It features a revised humanity line up front, flanked by sleek LED DRLs. It also gets a bigger grille and bumper-mounted LED headlamp units in Harrier EV-like triangular housing.

- The silhouette of the car remains unchanged; however, it gets newly designed diamond-cut alloy wheels. Bits like roof rails, sharkfin antenna and rear spoiler have been retained.
- Featuring connected LED taillights and more prominent rear hunches with vertical reflector panels, the redesigned rear design of the facelifted Nexon exudes a heightened sense of aggression, stature and sportiness than the existing model.
Refreshed Interior and New Features

- Going by the earlier leaked images, the 2023 Tata Nexon Facelift will get a revamped dashboard design, with new air-con vents, a haptic touch-based HVAC panel, a new 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system and a fully digital driver’s display.
- It will also get a Tata Avinya-concept-inspired steering wheel with a screen in the centre, which is expected to display an illuminated Tata logo and additional driving-related information.
- The SUV is also expected to receive features like six airbags, a more advanced version of connected car technology, a 360-degree camera and some ADAS-based features.
Powertrains
Underneath the hood, the upgraded Nexon is anticipated to receive a more powerful 125PS 1.2-litre turbocharged petrol engine with dual-clutch automatic transmission. Besides, its ongoing 1.5-litre diesel engine is expected to be retained, which gets a 6-speed manual and AMT gearbox options.

Expected Launch Timeline
We believe Tata will launch the new Nexon facelift around the festive season, with prices likely to range between Rs 8 – 15 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, it will continue its rivalry with the Kia Sonet, Hyundai Venue, Mahindra XUV300, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger and Maruti Suzuki Brezza.
