Royal Enfield 650 Twins Get LED Lights and Alloy Wheels

Royal Enfield has updated the 650 Twins, comprising the Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650, for the global market. India will likely get several changes to both bikes in the near future.

2023 Royal Enfield 650 Twins – What’s New?

The 2023 Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 get LED headlamps, blacked-out 18-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, a USB charger, and Meteor 350-like rotary switchgear. Many owners have been clamouring for this update since these bikes were introduced, and it finally arrives.

Both motorcycles also receive new colour schemes – Black Ray and Barcelona Blue on the Interceptor 650 and Slipstream Blue and Apex Grey on the Continental GT 650, complemented by black treatment for the exhaust, engine and suspension components.

2023 Royal Enfield 650 Twins

Mechanically, the 650 Twins remain unchanged. Both motorcycles are powered by a 648cc, parallel-twin engine that makes 47 BHP and 52 Nm, and comes paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The suspension and braking setup also remained the same.

We expect Royal Enfiled to introduce similar updates for the Indian-spec Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650 soon.
