2023 BMW X7 Facelift Launched In India

Bavarian Motor Works has launched the facelifted X7 in India. Offered in two variants: xDrive40i M Sport and xDrive40d M Sport, the SUV is priced at Rs 1.22 crore and Rs 1.24 crore (ex-showroom), respectively. In the Indian market, it goes up against the Audi Q7, Volvo XC90, Mercedes Benz GLS, and Land Rover Discovery.

2023 BMW X7 Facelift – What’s New?

Being a facelift version, the 2023 BMW X7 has received substantial visual enhancements, a tweaked interior, as well as a range of new features. The main highlight of the updated X7 is indeed the new front facia, which now gets a split lighting setup, which accommodates DRLs and turn indicators on top, and the adaptive LED Matrix headlamps below. Furthermore, the kidney grille features a cascade lighting element that gives it a sportier look. The front bumper of the SUV has also been tweaked, which now features triangular air intakes. Other exterior highlights of the facelifted X7 include the new 20-inch alloy wheels, sleek wraparound LED tail lights (connected by a chrome strip) and twin exhausts.

2023 BMW X7 facelift interior

A number of changes have also been made to the interior of the BMW X7. It now sports a reworked instrument panel with slim air vents, complemented by the BMW Curved Display that comprises a 12.3-inch digital driver’s unit and a 14.9-inch infotainment system, running the BMW 8 operating system. The SUV also receives a new drive selector and a 14-colour ambient light bar running across the width of the dash.

2023 BMW X7 facelift price in India

Engine Options

BMW offers the facelifted X7 with two engine options: 3.0-litre, inline-six-cylinder petrol (375 BHP/520 Nm) and 3.0-litre, inline-six-cylinder diesel (335 BHP/700Nm), both mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, a 48V mild hybrid system, and BMW’s intelligent xDrive all-wheel drive system. It is claimed to offer a fuel efficiency of 11.29 kmpl with petrol and 14.31 kmpl with the diesel engine.
