In order to sweeten the customer’s experience during sales, Skoda Auto India has started digitizing its dealerships throughout the nation. That said, all the Skoda showrooms will now equip at least two models on display placed next to each model that shows all the vehicle-related information like specifications, variants, features, etc. In addition, there will be a video content wall and a 55-inch interactive table in the customer lounge with a 3D visualizer that portrays a 360-degree view of the interiors and exterior of the car, allowing them to virtually inspect and experience the cars, variants, and color options that may not physically be present on the showroom floor.
Besides, Skoda has also taken on a warm decor theme for their showrooms that will be adorned by a prosperous wooden finish embedded with nature graphics, modern art, pictures from the Czech Republic, and delectable design and component details of various ŠKODA cars. There will also be Heritage Walls with videos showcasing the lineage and pedigree of ŠKODA AUTO. The carmaker will also do some changes in the display of their models.
