The face of the car has not changed a lot, but a newly designed front grille and redesigning of DRLs give it a standout over its predecessor. The car now has a more muscular appeal.

On the side, the car gets reworked still inserts which could be translated into higher ground clearance. But it is the rear of the car which steals the show. The highlight being the tail lamps. Audi has used OLED technology for the rear lamps making Q5 the first car thus allowing it to shine through the competition. The customer will be provided with options to select the design pattern on the tail lamps which are all derived from the same hardware. These lights will also light up if any car from the rear approaches closer than 2 meters.

The Cabin

The car is longer than before and with a wheelbase of 2.82m, a width of 1.8m( same as before) there is enough room for the average family, and sliding rear bench with adjustable backrests can be taken up as an option.

The luggage space ranges between 550 litres and 1550 litres. The 10.1 inch MMI display comes as standard with HUD being offered as an option. All the information required can be accessed by the driver through the multi-functional steering controlling the 12.3-inch virtual cockpit which comes with three types of graphics layout.
