2026 Kia Seltos Mileage Figures Out

Launched in India in January 2026, the second-generation Kia Seltos didn’t have its ARAI mileage figures out initially. However, the official figures have now surfaced online. Here’s a look at the Seltos’ powertrain-wise fuel efficiency figures: –

Kia Seltos PowertrainARAI-Claimed Fuel Efficiency
1.5L Diesel-Manual19.4 kmpl
1.5L Diesel-AT17.8 kmpl
1.5L N.A. Petrol-Manual16.5 kmpl
1.5L N.A. Petrol-CVT16.5 kmpl
1.5L Turbo-Petrol-iMT15.6 kmpl
1.5L Turbo-Petrol-DCT17.5 kmpl
  • As per Vahan Warta, the diesel manual and automatic variants return claimed mileage of 19.4 kmpl and 17.8 kmpl, respectively, making them the most fuel-efficient options in the range.
  • Interestingly, the turbo-DCT combination isn’t far in the race. It claims a mileage of 17.5 kmpl, which is just 0.3 kmpl less than the diesel-automatic combination. This marginal difference makes the turbo-DCT a great alternative for those who prefer a smoother and more responsive driving experience without compromising much on the mileage front.
  • The turbo-iMT combination offers the lowest mileage among all.
  • Irrespective of the transmission option, the naturally aspirated petrol engine delivers a claimed mileage of 16.5 kmpl.

Now, let’s take a look at the Seltos’ engine specifications: –
