Jeep India has launched the Grand Cherokee Signature Edition in India at Rs 69.04 lakh (ex-showroom). It will be offered in limited quantities.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Signature Edition – What’s Special?
Based on the Limited (O) variant, it commands a premium of Rs 1.54 lakh over the standard model. For these added bucks, the Signature Edition boasts a couple of additional features. However, mechanically, the SUV remains the same.

- It features motorised side steps for easier ingress and egress.
- It also gets two 11.6-inch Android-based rear entertainment screens mounted on the back of front headrests. These have built-in speakers and get WiFi, Bluetooth and aux compatibility.
- Jeep has also introduced front & rear dashcams for added safety.
Besides these new features, the Jeep Grand Cherokee Signature Edition remains same as the standard model.

Other Features
The other notable features of the Grand Cherokee Signature Edition includes LED lighting system, 20-inch alloy wheels, all-black interiors, a 10.1-inch centre infotainment screen, a 10.25-inch digital cluster, a 10.25-inch co-passenger entertainment display, push button start/stop, multiple driving modes, leather seats, multi-colour ambient lighting, heated seats in front & second row, panoramic sunroof, 8-way powered front seats with ventilation function, dual-zoen AC, wireless charger, powered tailgate, Alpine sound system, and much more.
Its safety kit includes 8 airbags, electronic stability control (ESC), electronic parking brake with auto hold, tyre pressure monitoring system, a 360-degree camera, hill start assist, traction control, and advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).
Colour Options
Similar to the regular model, the Signature Edition will be offered in four colour options: Rocky Mountain, Velvet Red, Diamond Black and Bright White.

Powertrain
Powering the Jeep Grand Cherokee is a 2-litre turbocharged petrol engine, which makes 272PS of max power and 400Nm of peak torque. It comes paired with an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission and an all-wheel-drive system (AWD).
