2023 Honda SP125 – What’s New?
- Honda SP125’s 123.94cc engine now meets BS6 Phase 2 emission standards.
- Now, it has an OBD-2 sensor that continuously monitors the bike’s emission levels.
- The bike will now come with a broader 100-section rear tyre instead of the earlier 80-section unit. This will improve the traction, thus enhancing its stability.
- Honda has also introduced a new Matte Marvel Blue Metallic paint scheme for this commuter motorcycle.
With all these changes, the Honda SP125 will now cost you Rs 927 more.
Despite being updated on the new emission norms, the SP125 will continue to make 10.8PS and 10.9Nm. Its ACG silent starter system also remains on offer which eliminates gear meshing noise and helps start the engine without any jolt.
In the 125cc commuter segment, the SP125 faces competition from the Bajaj Pulsar 125, Hero Glamour 125, and TVS Raider 125.
