Renault Announced Price Hike: Kwid, Triber And Duster To Get Expensive From January 2021

Renault India has announced an expansion in the prices of its entire product portfolio from January 2021. As per the reports, the prices of Renault cars will be increased by up to Rs 28,000 depending on the model & variant chosen. The French carmaker has stated that the price hike is due to an increase in the input cost and other affiliated costs of production.

For the people not in know, Renault India's current product line-up comprises three models, namely Kwid, Triber & Duster. Let's take a look at the current pricing of all these models: –

With the forthcoming price hike, the entry-level Renault Kwid might cross Rs 3 lakh barrier. However, the prices are yet to see an increment, Renault is providing various year-end offers on all these cars with savings up to Rs 70,000. In the other news, Renault is gearing up to launch its much-awaited Kiger sub-compact SUV in early 2021. The brand has revealed its pre-production concept last month. It is essentially Renault's version of Nissan Magnite with some design tweaks. Click here to know more about Renault Kiger SUV.
