Bajaj Pulsar 125 Carbon Fibre Edition Launched

  • Bajaj Pulsar 125 gets a more youthful variant.

The Bajaj Pulsar 125 has received a new sportier-looking Carbon Edition variant in India. Available in both single and split-seat configurations, it is priced at Rs 89,254 and Rs 91,642 respectively (both prices ex-showroom Delhi). At this price range, it is up to Rs 4,493 more expensive than the Pulsar 125 Neon Edition.

Bajaj Pulsar 125 Carbon Edition – What’s Special?

Clear from the price of the bike, the Bajaj Pulsar doesn’t have any actual carbon fibre components. Instead, carbon fibre graphics have been applied to some panels, such as the fuel tank & its extensions, headlight cowl, belly pan, fender, and rear cowl. The overall design, however, remains unchanged, ie., featuring the same single-pod headlamp with twin DRLs, muscular fuel tank with bolted tank extensions and side-slung exhaust.

There are two paint options available with the new Carbon Edition variant -Black and Red, both featuring a black base and coloured graphics.

Bajaj Pulsar 125 Carbon Edition price

Speaking of the mechanicals, the Bajaj Pulsar 125 Carbon Edition gets the same 124.4cc, single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine as the standard model, churning out 11.8PS and 10.8Nm. It comes paired with a 5-speed gearbox. Underpinnings remain the same too, comprising a telescopic fork and twin gas-charged shocks. It rolls on 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 80- and 100-section tyres on the front and rear, respectively.

In the 125cc motorcycle segment, the Bajaj Pulsar 125 rivals the likes of Honda Shine, Hero Super Splendor, Honda SP 125, TVS Raider 125 and the Hero Glamour 125.
