2023 Hyundai Venue and Venue N Line Launched With ADAS

Hyundai Motors India has updated the Venue and Venue N Line with 1st-in-segment ADAS technology and new gearbox options. With this, the Korean automaker now has five ADAS-enabled models in its Indian portfolio.

Hyundai SmartSense (ADAS)

Hyundai has reinforced the safety quotient of the Venue SUV by incorporating ADAS technology that comprises advanced active safety features like –

  • Forward Collision Warning (FCW)
  • Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist For Car, Pedestrian and Cycle
  • Lane Keeping Assist (LKA)
  • Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
  • Driver Attention Warning (DAW)
  • Lane Following Assist (LFA)
  • High Beam Assist (HBA)
  • Leading Vehicle Departure Alert (LVDA)

All these are camera-based features and don’t include adaptive cruise control and emergency braking assist. It is also worth noting that the ADAS is limited to the top-end SX (O) trim for the standard Venue and the N8 trim for the N Line version.
