Volkswagen Virtus Anniversary Edition Launched With New Features

Volkswagen has launched the Anniversary Edition of the Virtus sedan in India at Rs 19.20 lakh (ex-showroom). At this price point, it costs the same as the variant it is based on (top-spec GT Plus Sport variant) and features a host of cosmetic enhancements and new features over the standard model.

Volkswagen Virtus Anniversary Edition – What’s Special?

To start with, the Virtus Anniversary Edition flaunts an exclusive Avocado Pearl paint scheme, with a contrasting blacked-out roof, ORVMs and alloy wheels for added appeal. Similar to the regular GT Plus Sport variant, it continues to get red-black callipers, darkened headlamps and tail-lamp housings, a black boot-lip spoiler, and an all-black interior theme.

On the equipment front, the Virtus Anniversary Edition is offered with an official Volkswagen accessories package, comprising puddle lamps, front parking sensors, and a 360-degree camera.
