Unofficial Bookings Open For Hyundai Creta N-Line

Select Hyundai dealerships across the nation have started accepting bookings for the upcoming Creta N-Line ahead of its launch on March 11, 2024. The carmaker has already started teasing the upcoming sportier version of the Creta SUV.

Styling Makeover; Mechanical Sportiness Boost

The Hyundai Creta N-Line has already been spotted undisguised, and therefore, we know that it will come with a host of visual enhancements that will sweeten its overall sportiness. These changes will include a tweaked front grille with connected LED DRLs, chunkier bumpers at both ends, dual-tip exhaust, redesigned alloys and sporty red colour accents all around. Inside, the SUV will have an all-black theme with red highlights, metal-finished pedals, and an N-Line-specific steering wheel and gearknob.

Powering the Creta N-Line will be the segment’s most powerful 1.5-litre, turbocharged petrol engine that produces a peak output of 160PS and 256Nm. It is expected to be offered with both manual and DCT transmission options. Interestingly, the former is not available with the SUV’s regular model. Besides that, Hyundai is also expected to retune the exhaust sound, steering and suspension systems for a more sportier driving experience.

Expected Pricing and Rivals

We believe Hyundai will set a premium of roughly Rs 50,000 for the Creta N Line model over its standard counterpart. Upon India launch, it will face competition from the Kia Seltos GT Line and Volkswagen Taigun GT.
