The TVS Raider 125 has become more affordable with the launch of a new entry-level Drum brake variant, priced at Rs 84,869 (ex-showroom). This makes the motorcycle more accessible for buyers by Rs 11,000.
TVS Raider 125 Drum Brake – What Does It Offer?
- The new TVS Raider 125 Drum brake variant comes equipped with 1300mm drum brakes on both ends, assisted by a Combined Braking System (CBS).
- Regarding features, the Drum brake variant gets an LED headlamps with DRLs, an LED taillight, and an LCD instrument cluster that shows speedometer, odometer, trip meter, gear position indicator, clock, mileage indicator, and other telltale lights.
- Compared to the higher trims, it lacks a TFT cluster and smartphone connectivity features.
- The brand offers it in two colour options – Striking Red and Wicked Black.
- Underpinnings include a telescopic fork, a 5-step pre-load adjustable gas-charged monoshock, and 17-inch alloys wrapped in 80-section front and 100-section rear tubeless tyres.
- Regarding dimensions, the bike has a 10-litre fuel tank, a ground clearance of 180mm, and a kerb weight of 123kg.

The TVS Raider draws its power from a 124.8cc, air-oil-cooled, 3-valve engine that makes 11.38PS of max power and 11.2Nm of peak torque. It comes paired with a 5-speed gearbox, enabling it to sprint from 0 to 60 kmph in just 6.23 seconds.
