TVS Motor Company Extends Free Service And Warranty Period Till June End

TVS Motor Company is the latest automaker to join the list of manufacturers providing interim reliefs to their customers during this hard phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Hosur-based brand has declared an extension of the warranty & free service period owing to the steadily rising case of coronavirus disease in the country. Customers who had the free service & warranty of their vehicles due between March and April 2020 are now extended till the end of June 2021.

Besides, the brand has TVS’ toll-free number (1800-2587-111) will remain active 24×7 to address customers' queries and concerns in real-time. The entire service support team of TVS Motor Company will also be accessible on customercare@tvsmotor.com. Moreover, TVS's Roadside Assistance (RSA) services are also fully functional. While it will be free for the registered customers, others will have to pay the charge according to the service. 

TVS will also ensure the safety of its employees and customers by following all precautionary health norms as specified by authorities at their all-working stations, including offices, dealerships, service stations, etc. 

Apart from this, TVS Motor Company, along with Sundaram Clayton and its group companies, has vowed Rs. 40 crores as part of an integrated approach to support the nationwide efforts to curb the spread of COVID-19. As part of this initiative, the brand will supply 2,000 oxygen concentrators to hospitals & health centers, and over 20,000 food packets per day for essential services workers in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Himachal Pradesh during the second wave of COVID-19. Besides, some part of this fund will also be utilized to provide lifesaving supplies such as PPE Kits, medicines, and medical equipment across the country. 

In the other news, TVS’s extremely popular Ntorq 125 scooter has recently crossed the 1 lakh unit sales milestone in the international markets. It is available in as many as 19 countries across different continents like South Asia, Latin America, Middle East, and ASEA. Currently, TVS Ntorq125 is available in three variants – Disc, Drum, and Race Edition, which are priced between Rs 71,095 and Rs 78,375 (ex-showroom Delhi).
