2022 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V – What's New?

The updated Apache RTR 200 now gets a new bi-functional LED headlamp with DRLs, similar to the Apache RTR 160 4V. That said, the high beam and the low beam can be used simultaneously.

Apart from the new headlight, the rest of the motorcycle is absolutely the same as the previous iteration. So, you continue to get the same 197.7cc single-cylinder air-cooled fuel-injected engine with an oil cooler, preload-adjustable Showa fork, span adjustable clutch & brake levers, Glide Through Traffic (GTT) technology (ranks up the revs slightly to help in traffic condition), smartphone connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation assist, optional radial tyre at the rear and the three riding modes: Urban, Sport, and Rain. The braking setup comprises a 270mm front and a 240mm rear petal disc with either a dual-channel or a single-channel ABS.

The Apache RTR 4V 200 is offered in three colour options – Gloss Black, Pearl White, and Matte Blue. It is the most expensive and feature-rich bike of its class, rivaling the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 (Rs 1.33 lakh), and Honda Hornet 2.0 (Rs 1.32 – 1.34 lakh).
