Toyota Launched Door Delivery Service For Genuine Spare Parts

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched a first-of-its-kind ''doors delivery'' service for its customers to procure genuine spare parts of their vehicle. Under this initiate, customers will be given an option to either pick up parts from the authorized dealerships or get them delivered to their desired place. 

This service is currently available in select 12 cities across the nation and will be further expanded to all cities in the country by the end of 2021. However, the brand is yet to share the cities name where this service is available.

This initiative is a part of the Toyota Parts Connect, which is an outreach program launched in 2015 with an aim to assist its customers with the availability and accessibility of genuine parts. The doorstep delivery of spare parts now further enhancing customer experience and convenience, especially during pandemics where social distancing is the need of the hour. With this, the brand has expanded the range of products available under this program. Toyota has now included car care essentials, engine oil, tires, and batteries.

Commenting on the introduction of this new value proposition, Mr. Naveen Soni, Senior Vice President said-

Genuine parts play a vital role towards safety of customers and vehicles, therefore, it’s our continuous endeavor to improve the accessibility and availability of genuine parts for a user-friendly experience. This initiative will further help us to move one step ahead in providing expediency in procuring genuine parts and other vehicle related parts, making it easy and stress-free process for our customers.
