Tata Rumion G Variant Now Available With Automatic Transmission

Toyota has introduced the Rumion’s mid-spec G variant with an automatic transmission at Rs 13 lakh (ex-showroom). At this price point, it is Rs 1.40 lakh costlier than its manual counterpart. Interested customers can now make their booking for Rs 11,000.

For those who aren’t aware, the Rumion is currently available in three variants—S, G, and V. However, the automatic gearbox options were limited to the base-spec S and top-sped G variants until now. With the introduction of this new variant, the automatic gearbox option is now available across the lineup, except for the S CNG variant. Regarding pricing, the G AT comes in at Rs 1.06 lakh higher than the S AT and Rs 73,000 lower than the top-spec V AT.

The Rumion G AT variant gets the same features as its manual counterpart. These include diamond-cut alloys, front fog lamps, rear defogger, rear wiper and washer, smart keyless entry with push-button start, auto AC, rear AC vents, height-adjustable driver’s seat, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment with wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, connected car tech, ISOFIX anchors, and much more.
