2024 Tata Nexon Dark – What’s Special?

Going by the recently unveiled Nexon EV Dark, its ICE-powered version is also expected to feature an Oberon Black exterior shade for a stealthier appeal, along with blacked-out treatment for the bumpers, grille, alloys and Tata logo. Inside, it is likely to sport an all-black cabin theme, complemented by a gloss black centre console finish, black leather upholstery and black roof liner.

Regarding features, the Nexon Dark will continue to be equipped as the regular version, with key highlights including a 10.25-inch floating touchscreen infotainment, wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto, JBL sound system, connected car tech, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s unit, automatic AC, ventilated front seats, paddle shifters, cruise control and more.

For safety, it will get six airbags, electronic stability control, tyre pressure monitoring, hill assist, 360-degree camera with blind-spot monitoring, and an assurance of Global NCAP’s 5-star safety rating for ultimate peace of mind.

Expected Price and Competitors

We expect the Nexon Dark Edition could command a premium of around Rs 30,000 over their standard counterparts. Once launched, it will lock horns with models like the Black Editions of Maruti Brezza, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, and Kia Sonet X-Line.
