Tata Harrier EV Prices Announced For RWD Variants

The Tata Harrier EV was recently launched in India, and when the drapes were pulled off, the company revealed its starting price, which stands at Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available in both RWD and AWD variants. Now, Tata has officially announced the prices of the RWD variants.

Prices of Quad Wheel Drive (QWD/AWD) dual-motor powered variants will be announced on 27th June 2025, while the SUV’s bookings will start from 2nd July.

Key Highlights of Tata Harrier EV

  • The Tata Harrier EV is also based on the carmaker’s Acti.ev dedicated electric vehicle platform
  • Tata offers the Harrier EV with two battery packs: 65 kWh (Medium Range) and 75 kWh (Long Range). These variants get different battery packs and power outputs, delivering a claimed range of up to 627 km.
  • As mentioned above, it is available in both RWD and AWD configurations. With this, it has become the brand’s first vehicle to get an all-wheel drivetrain, which delivers a combined output of 291PS/504Nm.
  • To boost it off-road capabilities, the EV also gets electronics aids like off-road assist for better traction, transparent view to see beneath the vehicle, boost mode for faster acceleration, rock crawl mode for optimum control on rocky terrains, mud ruts mode go pass through muddy paths, snow mode for driving on snow & ice, and eco mode for maximum efficiency & range.
  • The EV can do the century sprint in just 6.3 seconds in Boost Mode.
  • The Harrier EV supports fast charging capabilities of up to 120 kW and can be juiced up from 20 to 80 percent in just 25 minutes.
  • A 7.2kW AC charger takes around 10.7 hours for a 10-100 per cent charge.
  • Tata is offering a lifetime warranty on the battery pack.

  • Comfort & Convenience Features: For creature’s comfort, the Harrier comes equipped with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car technology, a 10-speaker JBL sound system with a subwoofer, dual-zone auto AC, powered front seats with ventilation & memory functions, multi-colour ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, type-c 65W charging, power Boss mode, auto-park assist, reverse assist, digital key support, and a ‘Summon Mode’ for remote parking. It also gains EV-specific features like vehicle-to-load (V2L) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) technology.
  • For passengers’ safety, it gets 7 airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), electronic parking brake with auto hold, tyre pressure monitoring system, front & rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera and a Level 2 advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).
  • It locks horns with the Mahindra XEV 9e and BYD Atto 3.
