Royal Enfield has launched Digital Roadside Assistance for its customers which can be accessed via its smartphone application. That means, Royal Enfield customers with valid Roadside Assistance (RSA) are no longer required to look for a customer care number to avail the service, they can simply log in to the app and request to access the service easily.
Digital Roadside Assistance – How to avail the service?
To avail of the RSA through the mobile app, customers will need to mark their location on the app and select the issue they are facing and get their case registered. The brand will then assign technicians to the breakdown location for minor faults and quick repairs. If the breakdown reason is not available on the app, then you can simply explain the details related to the issue in the text, and a representative will contact you to understand your problem in detail.
The details of the technician, along with his/her contact number and expected reach time will get displayed in the App. You can also track the progress of your request.

What does it cover?
RSA assures that Royal Enfield will cover the cost of transportation and labour. The customer only has to pay for parts that are not covered by Royal Enfield’s warranty or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). In the event of a mechanical breakdown, an electrical failure, or an accident occurring on a national highway, a state highway, or a motorable road throughout the country will be handled on the spot or towed to the nearest service center if required.
In addition to mechanical, electrical, and crash breakdowns, the Royal Enfield RSA also covers flat tire assistance, battery drain, incorrect fueling, fuel delivery (for up to 5 liters), key lockout, and medical referral. All these services are payable in nature.
