Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition Launched At Rs 3.37 Lakh

After being teased multiple times, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition has finally been launched in India at the brand’s annual Motoverse event in Goa. This special edition takes inspiration from Mana – India’s last village – reflecting its rugged spirit, remote Himalayan character and the adventure-ready attitude that the Himalayn series is known for. RE has priced it at Rs 3.37 lakh (ex-showroom), making it Rs 17,354 more expensive than the Hanle Black colour variant of the bike.

Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition – What’s Special?

  • As the name suggests, the all-new Mana Black Edition boasts all-black colour scheme, complemented by dark-grey graphics, giving it a stealthy, rugged look.
  • The new editions also gains a few new additions like factory-fitted knuckle guards with aluminium brace, a flared tail section, tubeless tyres mounted on cross-spoke wheels, and a rally-style flatter seat that sits higher at 860mm (compared to 825mm on the standard model).
  • Despite all these changes, the bike tips the scale at 195kg, making it 1kg lighter than before.

Any Mechanical Changes?

The new Mana Edition retains the same hardware setup as the standard model, featuring a 452cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox and assist-&-slipper clutch. In fact the, steel tube frame, box-section swingarm, braking and suspension setups, and the 21-inch front/18-inch rear wheel combination with dual-purpose tyres, along with the 230mm ground clearance, also remain unchanged.

Regarding features, the Himalayan 450 Mana Black Edition continues to get amenities like the all-LED lighting, circular TFT console with Bluetooth connectivity, full Google Maps navigation integration, phone alerts, music controls, ride modes, dual-channel ABS, and ABS modes.

With the same capable engine, chassis, and hardware as the standard model, it retains all the strengths of the Himalayan 450, while new features like tubeless-compatible cross-spoke wheels, a rally-style seat, and added protection make it even more desirable for serious touring and off-road use. Despite the updates, it remains just as manageable in weight, making this special edition a practical yet more rugged and visually striking alternative to the regular version.
