Hyundai has launched 'Click To Buy' service where customers can book and buy cars online. Over 500 Hyundai dealerships have been associated with to cover all parts of the country in this initiative.
Keeping in mind our increasing dependence and preference with the digital world and Hyundai has decided to tap into it. This initiative was tested in the Delhi-NCR region earlier this year, in January. This is also a safer option to buy a car in the wake of COVID-19.
Hyundai Click to buy: How it works?
To buy a car from Hyundai's digital selling platform, one has to create an account/profile on this portal. After registering, the customers can choose any of the models lined up with Hyundai India including the recently launched new generation Hyundai Creta and facelifted Verna. Then, choose fuel type, transmission, your preferred variant, color, and the accessories you desire in your car. Customers can also use the option of seeking help from a personal assistant during the whole process.
While buying a car online, one can choose financing options as well. Also, You can opt for home delivery (preferred location) alternative as per your convenience or picking up the vehicle from the selected dealer.
'Hyundai on Whatsapp' is also available, which provides the customer with updates on the vehicle service process right from online service booking to post-service feedback.
However, upon inspection, we found that some of the car variants displayed as available are actually out of stock or discontinued. For example Venue 1.4 is no longer available with dealers in Jaipur as they are already selling 1.5 L diesel. But the website still taking orders of 1.4 L.
