New Mahindra Logo Leaked Ahead Of Official Debut

Mahindra’s new logo has been leaked online ahead of its possible debut with the upcoming XUV700. However, this is not the final version, and it could receive a few changes by the time it will launch.

Compared to the existing Mahindra logo, the new trademark is completely different, featuring the alphabet ''M'' arranged in unconnected upright lettering. On the other hand, the current logo of Mahindra is an oval with three lines creating an ‘M’ in the center. These three equal divisions lines represent the products, services, and possibilities. They also follow three basic beliefs — accepting no limits, thinking alternatively, and driving positive change in everything we do.

The Mahindra XUV700, which is expected to make its world premiere on the forthcoming Independence Day, will be the first Mahindra car to get the new logo. And it can immediately become a part of the latest models. The XUV700 is expected to be launched on October 2, 2021. It will be a 6/7-seater mid-sized premium SUV that will replace the ongoing XUV500 in Mahindra’s line-up and will be positioned against the likes of Tata Safari, Hyundai Alcazar, and MG Hector Plus.

The XUV700 will be based on an all-new monocoque platform with a provision of a 4×4 drivetrain system. The SUV will be offered with the segment's most powerful 197PS 2.0-liter mStallion turbocharged petrol and 182PS 2.2-liter mHawk turbo-diesel engines. It will also get a host of segment-first features like auto-booster headlamps, flush-fitting smart door handles, personalized safety alerts, smart air filter technology, largest-in-segment panoramic sunroof, and a host of radar-based ADAS features, including driver drowsiness detection.
