The waiting period for the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is between 2.5 months to 9 months, depending on the region. The SUV is readily available in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. However, your wait will be a little longer in Noida, Gurugram and Faridabad.

Maruti offers the Grand Vitara with a 103PS 1.5-litre mild-hybrid and a 116PS 1.5-litre strong-hybrid petrol engine. The former is also available with a factory-fitted CNG kit. One can also get the mild-hybrid unit with the brand’s AllGrip Select All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) system.

Currently, the Grand Vitara retails between Rs 10.45 lakh and Rs 19.65 lakh (ex-showroom), and locks horns with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Volkswagen Taigun, MG Astor, Skoda Kushaq, Nissan Kicks, and its cousin rival Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.
