Maruti Suzuki has launched a new Delta Plus(O) variant for the Fronx crossover, available only with the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. With this, the Fronx is now available in six broad variants: Sigma, Delta, Delta+, Zeta and Alpha.
Maruti Fronx Delta Plus(O) | Ex-Showroom Price | Premium Over Delta Plus |
Manual | Rs 8.93 lakh | +Rs 15,000 |
AMT | Rs 9.43 lakh | +Rs 15,000 |
The new Delta Plus(O) variant commands a premium of Rs 15,000 over the Delta Plus variant. For these added bucks, it gets six airbags (front, side & curtain airbags) and a puncture repair kit. Earlier, the six airbags were only offered from the Zeta variant, which starts from Rs 10.56 lakh (ex-showroom). The launch of the new Delta Plus (O) variant has slashed the price of this feature by Rs 1.6 lakh.
Besides the above-mentioned features, the Fronx Delta Plus (O) gets a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, 4 speakers, automatic climate control, day/night IRVM, electronic stability control, hill hold assist, 3-point seatbelts for all seats with reminders, and ISOFIX child seat anchorage.
