The Mahindra XUV 7XO (facelifted XUV700) has finally been launched in India, with prices ranging between Rs 13.66 lakh and Rs 24.11 lakh (ex-showroom). The Tata Safari-rivalling SUV has received meaningful design changes, along with a host of new features to enhance the overall in-cabin experience. To try your hands on the new XUV 7XO, you’ll have to wait until January 08, 2026, when official test drives of the SUV commence.

Bookings for the XUV 7XO are already underway for a token amount of Rs 21,000. Interested customers can reserve their units either online or offline at any Mahindra dealership across the country.
As for deliveries, buyers of the top-spec variants (AX7, AX7T, AX7L) will start receiving their vehicles from January 14, while deliveries of the lower variants (AX, AX3, AX5) will begin from April 2026.

A More Commanding Appearance
- The Mahindra XUV 7XO has undergone a comprehensive styling change, both inside and outside.
- Starting from the exterior, the XUV 7XO receives a new piano-black grille with chrome inserts, dual-pod LED projector headlamps with signature C-shaped DRLs, new LED tail lamps with ‘honeycomb-pattern’ detailing, 19-inch alloy wheels and restyled bumpers at both ends.

- Inside, the SUV gets a refreshed dashboard layout, with a new steering wheel, triple screen setup, revised cabin theme and a host of convenience features, such as co-powered driver seat with BOSS mode, slide function for 2nd row seats, rear wireless charger, Harmon Kardon sound system, and much more. Mechanically Unchanged
- Under the hood, the XUV 7XO retails the ongoing 2-litre turbo-petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engine options, which come paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
- The diesel mill also comes with an optional all-wheel drive (AWD) setup.
