Mahindra XUV 3XO CNG – Specifications and Fuel Efficiency
Mahindra is offering the XUV CNG with the SUV’s 1.2-litre MPFI turbocharged petrol engine, which produces a peak output of 110bhp and 200Nm in both petrol and CNG modes. The SUV maker claims this has been achieved by optimising turbocharger calibration and ECU mapping. This means you don’t have to compromise on performance compared to conventional CNG models. Mahindra also claims that the vehicle can itself witch to petrol mode when CNG runs low.Â
Paired to a 6-speed manual gearbox, the XUV 3XO CNG is claimed to offer 24.70 km/kg and can complete the 0 to 100 kmph sprint in just 11.8 seconds.
Mahindra XUV 3XO CNG: Boot Space
Similar to the Tata Nexon CNG, the XUV 3XO CNG also uses a twin-cylinder setup that frees up some space for luggage, making it more practical for longer journeys. That said, its boot capacity is rated at 270 litres.
The brand has moved the spare wheel under the body.

Mahindra XUV 3XO CNG: Design and Features
