Mahindra Starts Doorstep Service For EVs in Delhi NCR

Mahindra has reinforced its aftersales support in the Delhi NCR region by introducing a dedicated doorstep service for its electric vehicles (EVs). Mahindra has also announced to scale up the after-sales infrastructure on multiple fronts, building capabilities, broadening its network and deepening its reach.

Mobile eVans for DoorStep Services

Mahindra has deployed multiple dedicated e-Vans across Delhi NCR to cater for the maintenance needs of EV owners, offering services such as periodic maintenance, washing and minor repair at the doorstep. However, major repairs and services will have to be carried out at the authorised service centre.

These eVans are equipped with a battery pack with a charger, a hydraulic scissor lift, a wheel balancer, and car care services, among others.

Mahindra has plans to expand eVan services in other key cities as well.

Mahindra Institute of Learning Excellence (MILE)

Mahindra’s newer models come equipped with advanced technology, making them slightly complicated to service and repair. To support this shift towards tech-heavy vehicles, the homegrown SUVmaker has announced to set up a dedicated Mahindra Institute of Learning Excellence Centre, which is designed to provide comprehensive training in sales, mechanical service, and bodyshop operations.

Spread over an area of over 26,000 sq. ft., this state-of-the-art facility aims to equip service centre professionals with the cutting-edge skills needed to service Mahindra’s increasingly tech-rich portfolio of electric SUVs and SUVs and meet the discerning demands of a similarly evolving customer base.
