Looking For Royal Enfield Meteor 350? Here's How Long You Have To Wait To Get Your Delivery

The Meteor 350 is the latest entrant to the cruiser segment from Royal Enfield, which was launched earlier this month, and as expected the motorcycle has created a lot of buzz among the bikers community. It's the first bike from the Chennai-based manufacturer to be built on the brand's latest ‘J’ platform. Not only this, but the Meteor 350 also features a new counterbalanced engine, better underpinnings and more convenient features than the other 350cc offering of the RE. If you're also planning to bring this motorcycle to your home, here’s how much you would have to wait to get your bike delivered: –

Note: The above-mentioned waiting period might differ depending on the variant, and colour selection.

  • The waiting period for the Meteor 350 goes up to 3 months in Kolkata and some southern cities, while the buyers from Mumbai will have to face a waiting period of up to 7 weeks.
  • Biking enthusiasts from the capital of the country and the National Capital Region (NCR) will have to endure a waiting period of up to 60 days. The waiting period for Punekars is also the same. 

About Royal Enfield Meteor 350 

The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is a replacement for Thunderbird 350X. It is powered by a new BS6-compliant 350cc single-cylinder counterbalanced fuel-injected (FI), long-stroke air-cooled engine that produces 20.48PS of maximum power and a peak torque of 27Nm. The bike can be had in three variants: Fireball, Stellar, and Supernova, which are priced at Rs 1,75,825, Rs 1,81,342, and Rs 1,90,536 respectively. All prices are of ex-showroom, Chennai.

Meteor 350 is the most feature-rich 350cc bike in RE's portfolio. Its key features include a twin-pod semi-digital instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation assist, day and night mode, gear position indicator, time, ECO mode, trip meter, and odometer readings. It also gets circular LED DRL integrated into headlamp housing, LED taillamp, and a switchgear-mounted USB charging port for better convenience. However, instead of the LED units, it offers a conventional halogen bulb headlamp.

In the mid-range cruiser segment, the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 competes against the likes of  Honda H’ness CB350 (Rs 1.85 lakh to Rs 1.90 lakh) and Jawa (Rs 1.74 lakh to Rs 1.83 Lakh). The waiting period of Honda Highness is around one month in most cities.
