  • Records the best-ever March wholesale volume since its debut in India.
  • Achieves best-ever Q1 sales of 84,316 units, up 11.6% over Q1 2025.
  • Strong demand across the Seltos, Sonet and Carens line-up.

Kia India announced that it recorded its best-ever sales performance for the month of March at 29,112 units, registering a year-on-year growth of 14.5% over 25,525 units sold in March 2025. The company also posted its highest-ever quarterly sales, with Q4 FY26 sales reaching 84,316 units, witnessing an 11.6% boost compared to the 75,576 units in the same period last year.

According to Kia, the new Seltos has driven this growth momentum by consistently achieving over 10,000 units in monthly sales since launch. Besides, the Kia Sonet remains a key contributor to the overall sales performance.

Commenting on this occasion, Mr Atul Sood, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Kia India, said, “We delivered our best-ever March sales and strongest-ever quarterly performance, driven by sustained demand across our portfolio. The new Seltos, backed by its 5-star BNCAP rating, continues to lead momentum, while Sonet and Carens line-up remain steady volume drivers with continuous enhancements aligned to evolving customer needs.”

In other news, Kia has recently updated the Carens Clavis, Carens Clavis EV and Sonet, with new variants and added features. Furthermore, Bharat NCAP has also revealed the crash test report for the new Seltos, and it recorded a full 5-star safety rating, securing more points than the Tata Sierra and Maruti Suzuki Victoris.
